Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in wing structure design as part of a design team.
• Ability to influence decisions within a complex network of stakeholders.
• A strong track record of implementing Design to Cost projects.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, management, and delivery of change in design.
• Provide design leadership and ownership of Lean Engineering improvements.
• Ensure effective organization and governance of design & maturity reviews.
