Majestic Wine Wimbledon invites energetic individuals to join a 12-month Trainee Manager development programme. You will gain hands-on experience across operations, service and leadership standards to prepare for a future Store Manager role.

Throughout the programme you’ll work with your Store Manager, building skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge, with ongoing support and structured progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environments.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every customer.
• Ability to prioritise and problem-solve under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive alone and in a team.
• Passion for learning about wine and pursuing WSET qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by maximizing sales opportunities and KPI attainment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Act as an ambassador for the store, offering a VIP concierge service and wine tastings.
• Share knowledge of the product range and manage tastings to engage customers.
• Develop wine knowledge to support WSET progression and selling confidence.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with deliveries, merchandising, communications with customers, and driving sales opportunities.
• Be flexible to support surrounding stores as required.
