Majestic Wine Milton Keynes is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager on a 12-month development programme to gain a detailed understanding of operations, service and leadership standards designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager role.

You will drive store performance, deliver market-leading customer service and build loyalty, while developing wine knowledge and managing tasting events and a counter experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience to every customer.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and develop wine knowledge to support selling.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and optimise KPI progress.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Offer VIP concierge-style service and proactively contact customers about products and tastings.
• Sell the story through wine knowledge and manage tasting events.
• Maintain store appearance and assist with day-to-day operations.
