Wine Development Manager

Salary: c. £40,000 + Company Car + 20% Bonus

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Cornwall and surrounding areas

Are you passionate about wine and driven by sales success? We're looking for a Wine Development Manager to champion our wine category and grow business across a thriving region.

As the local wine ambassador, you'll combine commercial acumen with exceptional wine knowledge to build strong relationships, create compelling wine lists, and deliver training that inspires. This is a field-based role, spending most of your time out in the trade, supporting account managers and developing new opportunities.

What you'll do:
  • Win new wine accounts and nurture existing ones
