Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to install, service and maintain Anglian products under our 10-year warranty. You will visit customer homes, diagnose faults, and deliver Right First Time resolutions, supported by a company van, PDA and tools.

You will need proven experience with uPVC installation, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently across a travel-friendly week.

Qualifications

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance or relevant qualification.
• Excellent customer service skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to work on own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in the working week.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to identify faults and perform corrective actions per warranty and standards.
• Demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
• Provide high level of service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Complete service calls on schedule using Right First Time approach to reduce cancellations.
• Accurately complete paperwork and update PDA records promptly.
