Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to carry out installations and maintenance for Anglian-installed products under a 10-year warranty.

You will visit customer homes, identify faults, communicate care instructions, and complete service calls on schedule using our Right First Time approach. A driving license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance or relevant qualification.
Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer-facing environment.
Able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
Willingness to travel and flexibility during the working week.
Good time management and communication skills.
Full driving license.

Responsibilities

Visit customer homes, identify faults and take action to rectify under warranty and quality standards.
Demonstrate correct product care to customers.
Provide a high level of service and be customer-focused.
Complete service calls on schedule and using the Right First Time approach.
