Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is hiring an experienced Window and Door Engineer to provide exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for visiting customer homes, identifying faults, and ensuring quality service under our 10-year warranty.

The ideal candidate should have experience in uPVC installation and maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary, a company van, 31 days of holiday, and extensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance or relevant qualification.
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
• Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• Willingness to travel as required and flexibility within the working week.
• A full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customer homes and identifying faults.
• Providing high level of service to every customer.
• Completing service calls in a timely manner.
• Accurate completion of paperwork and updating PDA.
