Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to install, maintain and service our uPVC products in customers’ homes across the region. You will carry out repairs, demonstrate product care and ensure work is completed to our Right First Time standards.

You will need a full driving licence, be comfortable travelling to customer sites, and work independently in a field-based role. We provide a van, PDA, mobile and tools, plus a competitive salary and bonus scheme, 31–33 days holiday

Qualifications

Experience in uPVC installation and maintenance or a relevant qualification.
Excellent customer service in a customer-facing role.
Ability to work on own initiative in a standalone field role.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Visit customer homes to identify faults and perform repairs per warranty and quality standards.
Demonstrate correct product care to customers.
Provide high levels of service and be customer-focused.
Complete service calls on schedule using Right First Time approach.
Accurately complete paperwork and update PDA records.
