Job summary

Anglian is seeking an experienced Window and Door Engineer to service and repair installed products across customer homes. You will identify faults, advise on care, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while working with a company van and PDA for job management.

The role requires the ability to travel, strong time management and excellent communication skills, with a competitive package and progression opportunities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification).
• Excellent customer service skills in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes, identify faults and rectify in line with warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrate and explain correct product care to customers.
• Provide a high level of service and be customer focused.
• Complete service calls on schedule using the Right First Time approach.
• Accurately complete paperwork and update the PDA device.
