Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. The role involves delivering support to Dealers and Stakeholders, maintaining accurate funding data, and meeting tight SLAs in a high-paced environment.

You will work with Excel and SAP, developing in-depth product and system knowledge to resolve queries and manage credit facilities in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder to resolve any queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Able to work independently across multiple products, processes and stakeholders to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily tasks and SLA adherence across dealer funding processes.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process and maintain dealer funding within systems and validate funding requests.
• Support resolution of complex queries and build knowledge across systems.
