VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This role supports Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent customer service while handling multiple products, processes and systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve queries across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Analytical thinking to define and investigate complex business processes and identify resolutions.
• Ability to work independently across several processes and systems to find solutions.
• Clear communication with dealers and stakeholders to resolve queries and provide timely updates.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLA.
• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish tasks and support outstanding items.
• Support problem resolution and build knowledge across systems and applications.
• Manage daily dealer funding processing and maintenance in related systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process used-vehicle funding requests and validate against criteria.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities per OMEB regulations for liquidity and stock movement across VWG retailer network.
