Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across ~80 manual and automated processes, delivering high-quality support to Dealers and Stakeholders. The role requires handling daily tasks within SLA, training across processes, and providing timely responses by phone or email.

You will work with Excel and SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely dealer funding processing while maintaining compliance and efficient product movement across VWG networks.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to resolve any queries.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Excellent Excel and SAP knowledge to manage dealer funding tasks and data across systems.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple processes to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLA.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with team to finish daily tasks and assist with complex queries.
• Support problem resolution and build knowledge across systems to resolve queries.
