Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across about 80 manual and automated processes. The role supports dealers and stakeholders with accurate data, funding processing, and credit facility management in a fast-paced environment.

You will use Excel and SAP, delivering high-quality service and resolving complex queries across multiple systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Thorough knowledge of Excel and SAP applications.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team to resolve queries.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within defined SLAs and support dealer funding processes.
• Learn up to 80 business processes and apply knowledge across systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage funding files and lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
