Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of ~80 processes across the business area. You will support Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent service while handling funding files and credit facilities across multiple systems.

You will work in a high-paced environment, using Excel and SAP, delivering accurate processing within SLAs and collaborating across teams to resolve complex queries.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple processes to find solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to define and investigate complex business process issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily assigned tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to finish tasks and support on outstanding queries.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Process dealer funding within systems and validate funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities to enable liquidity and stock movement.
