Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail with a quality focus.
• Ability to work independently and across stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Experience with dealer funding processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to finish tasks and resolve complex queries.
• Support dealer funding processing and maintenance in related systems.
• Answer dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities to enable liquidity and stock movement.
