Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of numerous processes across the business area. The role is fast-paced, supporting Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent service while handling multiple products and systems.

You will complete daily tasks, undertake training on up to 80 processes, and collaborate with the team to resolve queries and process funding activities, ensuring compliance and timely updates across dealer funding products.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple products, processes and systems to resolve queries.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP with high attention to detail.
• Organised, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Process dealer funding and validate funding requests.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email.
• Manage the lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
