Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual processes and multiple automated processes across the business area. This role supports Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent customer service, handling inquiries by phone or email.

You will process daily tasks, train across processes, and work with Excel and SAP to maintain dealer funding and funding files, ensuring compliance with OMEB regulations and swift stock movement.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within service level agreements.
• Train on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish daily tasks and assist with complex queries.
• Support problem resolution and analyze data to answer queries.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding in related systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process used vehicle funding files and validate against funding criteria.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities per OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and movement of stock.
