VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of about 80 manual and automated processes across the VWFS business area. You will support dealers and stakeholders with excellent service, handle daily tasks within SLAs, and build deep product and system knowledge to resolve queries.

Responsibilities include processing dealer funding, managing credit facilities under OMEB rules, and communicating via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs across multiple processes.
• Learn up to 80 business processes and support dealers and stakeholders.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email; process funding files.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
