VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 manual and automated processes across the Volkswagen Group financial services unit. The role emphasizes excellent customer service to dealers and stakeholders while managing funding tasks and data accuracy.

You will work across multiple systems, enhancing product and technical knowledge to resolve queries, with a focus on timely processing and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to analyse data and generate reports.
• Experience using SAP for dealer funding and processing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 manual and automated processes across the business area.
• Provide excellent customer service to Dealers and Stakeholders.
• Complete daily tasks within SLA and collaborate with the team to resolve queries.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email.
• Process used vehicle funding files and validate against funding criteria.
