Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual and automated processes across the VWFS business area. The role offers a varied workload, delivering exceptional service to Dealers and Stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle daily tasks within SLAs, process dealer funding, and manage credit facilities ensuring compliance with OMEB regulations. Strong Excel/SAP skills and problem-solving mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple processes and stakeholders.
• Analytical problem-solving to define and investigate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate across the team to ensure tasks are completed and assist with complex queries.
• Support problem resolution and analyze data to resolve customer queries across systems.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process daily used vehicle funding requests and upload to the correct products.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and movement of stock.
