Job summary

VWFS UK seeks a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of roughly 80 processes across the business area, delivering high-quality support to Dealers and Stakeholders with a strong service mindset.

You will handle daily tasks, solve queries, and use Excel and SAP to process dealer funding, validate funding requests, and maintain credit facilities while complying with OMEB regulations. Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs and learn up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate with the team to finish daily tasks and assist with complex queries.
• Resolve dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email with excellent service.
• Process and maintain dealer funding within relevant systems and upload funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
