Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business. The role supports dealers and stakeholders with excellent customer service and works across multiple products and systems.

You will process daily tasks to SLA, handle dealer funding, and manage credit facilities to enable liquidity and vehicle stock movement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving across multiple products, processes, and systems.
• High attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to define and investigate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLA.
• Train on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish tasks and support complex queries.
• Support resolution of issues and analyse data across systems to resolve dealer/customer queries.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding in related systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Process used vehicle funding files by validating requests and uploading funding.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities to support liquidity and vehicle stock movement.
