VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge across approximately 80 manual and automated processes. The role supports Dealers and Stakeholders with outstanding tasks and delivers excellent customer service in a high-paced environment.

You will complete daily tasks within SLAs, undertake training on multiple processes, and collaborate across teams. Responsibilities include processing dealer funding, handling inquiries by phone/email, and managing credit

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and SAP for processing dealer funding and inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple products and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Process dealer funding and monitor funding files in systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities to enable liquidity and stock movement.
