Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This is a supportive role where the successful candidate would thrive with a varied workload across multiple products, processes, and systems within one day.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP application software.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Process up to 80 business processes and support across products and systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage daily processing of dealer funding within the systems and upload funding requests.
• Oversee lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
