Job summary

VWFS UK in the United Kingdom is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. You will deliver high-quality service to Dealers and Stakeholders while handling a varied workload.

You will work with Excel and SAP, process daily tasks within SLA, validate funding requests, and support problem resolution across multiple products and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve queries across multiple processes.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work independently across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process daily tasks within SLA, across many products and systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email.
• Maintain dealer funding in systems and validate funding requests.
• Support resolution of complex queries and provide data insights.
