Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of around 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This role supports dealers and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service in a high-paced environment.

You will work across multiple products and systems, maintain accuracy in funding processing, respond to inquiries, and contribute to problem resolution with strong Excel and SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder to resolve any queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP application software.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to define and investigate complex business process issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Support dealer funding processing and maintenance in associated systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities to enable liquidity and movement of vehicle stock.
