VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of up to 80 business processes while supporting Dealers and Stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight SLAs.

You will process dealer funding, respond to enquiries by phone or email, and help ensure compliance with European Banking OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and stock movement across VWG retailers.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills across multiple products, processes and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP applications.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements and manage dealer funding processing.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email and train across up to 80 processes.
• Analyse data across systems to resolve queries and support liquidity movement for VWG retailers.
