Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the Volkswagen Group's financing operations. This high-paced role supports Dealers and Stakeholders, delivering excellent service and handling a varied workload on multiple products and systems.

You will use Excel and SAP, develop in-depth product knowledge, analyze data to resolve queries, and manage dealer funding tasks in line with compliance

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder to resolve any queries.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly define and investigate complex business process issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within defined SLAs.
