Volkswagen Group is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of roughly 80 processes across the VWFS UK business area. This role supports dealers and stakeholders with high service levels, handling funding, queries, and credit facilities with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across products, processes and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently across multiple processes and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
• Organised and flexible to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs and train on up to 80 processes.
• Support dealers and stakeholders by phone or e-mail with queries.
• Manage daily dealer funding processing and maintenance in relevant systems.
• Validate funding requests and upload to correct dealer funding products.
• Oversee lifecycle of approved credit facilities to enable liquidity and stock movement.
