Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of about 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This is a fast-paced role delivering support to dealers and stakeholders with excellent service.

You will handle daily tasks within SLAs, undergo training on up to 80 processes, and use Excel and SAP to manage dealer funding, respond to inquiries, and process funding requests, maintaining accuracy across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze data across multiple processes to resolve queries.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed SLAs and undertake training on up to 80 processes.
• Support dealers and stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
• Process dealer funding and respond to inquiries by phone or email.
• Manage funding files and the lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with regulations.
