Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. The role supports dealers and stakeholders with excellent customer service, handling daily tasks within SLAs and assisting in resolving complex queries.

You will train on up to 80 processes, work collaboratively with the team, and manage funding tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems.

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks within service levels and support across products and processes.
• Complete training on up to 80 business processes and assist with complex queries.
• Process dealer funding and maintain funding files in system, ensuring accuracy.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries via phone or email.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
