Job summary

VWFS UK in Milton Malsor is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual and automated processes across the business area. This role supports dealers and stakeholders, delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across products and systems with strong Excel/SAP usage, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving to resolve queries and ensure accurate funding processing.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills across multiple processes and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Able to work independently across multiple processes to resolve queries.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities to investigate complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within SLAs and learn up to 80 business processes.
• Support daily dealer funding processing and lifecycle of credit facilities.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder inquiries by phone or email and build product knowledge.
