Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to learn and apply knowledge of approximately 80 manual processes and several automated processes across the business area, delivering support to Dealers and Stakeholders with excellent service.

You will work across multiple products and systems, using Excel and SAP, resolving queries and maintaining accurate data to support dealer funding and credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations, ensuring smooth vehicle stock movement.

Qualifications

• Good problem-solving skills to work across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholder to resolve any queries.
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft (particularly Excel) and SAP application software.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and across multiple products, processes, systems and stakeholders to find solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to define and investigate complex business process issues and identify resolutions.
• Organised and able to work flexibly under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Undertake training on up to 80 business processes.
• Collaborate across the team to finish daily tasks and support outstanding work.
• Support problem resolution and build in-depth knowledge across systems.
• Manage daily processing and maintenance of dealer funding within systems.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or e-mail.
• Process used vehicle funding files: validate, format and upload funding requests.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities per OMEB regulations to enable liquidity and stock movement.
