VWFS UK is seeking a Wholesale Operations Specialist to support dealer funding and processing across multiple products and systems. You will learn up to 80 business processes and deliver high-quality service to dealers and stakeholders daily.

The role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines. A discretionary bonus and comprehensive car schemes are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Excel and SAP to manage dealer funding tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve queries across multiple processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily tasks within the agreed SLAs.
• Process up to 80 business processes after training.
• Respond to dealer/brand/stakeholder enquiries by phone or email.
• Manage lifecycle of approved credit facilities in line with OMEB regulations.
