The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with third-party warehouses, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely arrival of orders, all while working full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Knowledge of export and shipping documentation.
• Experience in fashion wholesale distribution is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely delivery of orders within specified windows.

Job Description:

dSb is working with a premium fashion brand located in Nottinghamshire, which has achieved phenomenal success and continues to grow. As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you will work with third-party warehouses to coordinate, plan, and execute the distribution of products throughout the UK, Europe, and globally.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating pick tickets, delivery notes, invoices, and other shipping documentation
• Daily liaison with 3PL providers
• Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders within specified delivery windows
• Booking delivery and collection slots for customer orders
• Stock and inventory control

Experience required:

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables (essential)
• Knowledge of export and shipping documentation
• Order fulfillment and processing experience
• Experience in fashion wholesale distribution and working with 3PLs is desirable but not essential

This role is full-time and onsite.
