Job Description:

dSb is exclusively working with a premium fashion brand located in Nottinghamshire that has achieved phenomenal success and continues to grow. As a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you will work with a third-party warehouse to coordinate, plan, and execute the distribution of products throughout the UK, Europe, and the Rest of the World.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating pick tickets, delivery notes, invoices, and other necessary shipping documentation
• Daily liaison with 3PL providers
• Ensuring smooth and timely delivery of orders within specific delivery windows
• Booking delivery/collection slots for customers’ orders
• Managing stock and inventory control

Experience required:

• Highly proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Knowledge of export and shipping documentation
• Order fulfillment and processing experience
• Experience in fashion wholesale distribution and working with 3PL providers is highly desirable but not essential

This role is full-time and onsite.
