Job summary

Freight Personnel is seeking an Area Sales Executive based in the West Midlands region covering Birmingham, Tamworth, Staffordshire, Stoke, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Worcester, Stourbridge, Solihull, Coventry and surrounding areas.

You will generate and convert your own leads, build a thriving pipeline, onboard new clients, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience (field or telesales).
• Relentless drive to exceed targets.
• Confidence, resilience, and strong negotiation skills.
• Competitive, motivated by results and the rewards that come with success.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
• Proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a bonus, but not essential.
• Note: You'll need your own vehicle for the first 3 months. A car allowance is included from day one.
