Job summary

Delaware North UK is recruiting an IT Operations Analyst to support Wembley Stadium operations with hands-on technical help for POS and venue technology. The role focuses on ensuring smooth sales and event tech experiences across matchdays and events.

You'll work onsite at Wembley Stadium, handling deployments, troubleshooting, and service requests with a proactive mindset and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a technical support role or degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting POS systems or related venue technology.
• Good knowledge of Windows devices, basic network connectivity, and programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer POS systems including users, menus, configuration, reporting, and readiness checks.
• Prepare, support, and troubleshoot POS services for matchdays, event days, and out-of-hours operations.
• Manage local incidents and service requests with escalation to internal and external teams.
• Support POS deployments, upgrades, openings, closures, seasonal changes, and technology refreshes.
