Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks an Events & Inventory Manager for Wembley Stadium to oversee the full retail event lifecycle across all trading locations. You will coordinate deliveries, transfers, replenishment, and returns, lead the PREP team, and ensure stock readiness for matchdays, concerts, and events.

You will drive stock accuracy, asset protection, and seamless fan experiences by leveraging data, teamwork, and standardized processes in a dynamic stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in event retail, inventory, logistics, stock management or high-volume retail operations.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver complex, multi-location operations against fixed event deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams in fast-paced event environments.
• Strong inventory control knowledge including stock take processes and loss prevention awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with venue teams, warehouse ops and head office to coordinate deliveries, transfers, replenishment and returns.
• Ensure readiness of all event trading locations before gates open and integrate Click & Collect into plans.
• Develop repeatable event preparation and close-down routines to improve consistency.
• Own inventory readiness and control costs across all event locations throughout the lifecycle.
