Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Walton-on-Thames is seeking a Supervisor for 15 hours per week to lead store experiences and support the Store Manager in achieving goals.

You'll coach colleagues, develop product knowledge, provide trusted health guidance, and drive sales, stock, and operations while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers. This role offers a range of wellbeing benefits and employee discounts.

• Experience in retail or customer service with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager and deliver great customer experiences.
• Coach and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete training to advise customers on health and wellness products.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and store operations.
• Support planning, cost control and compliance for a safe store.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment for staff and customers.
