Job summary

Holland & Barrett is seeking a part-time supervisor to lead store operations, coach colleagues, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role focuses on driving sales, merchandising, and compliant store practices in a fast-paced health and wellness retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service; ability to lead and inspire others.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.
• Passion for health and wellness; eagerness to learn and build product knowledge.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to make sound decisions in a busy store.
• Comfort with using digital tools to assist customers and store ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to build confidence and product knowledge.
• Complete the Qualified to Advise training to provide health guidance to customers.
• Drive sales, stock availability, merchandising and operational excellence.
• Support planning, cost control, compliance and safe working practices.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment for colleagues and customers.
