Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage emails, calls, and face-to-face queries.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks (where applicable).
• Handle spa bookings and appointments.
• Process payments and manage the reception area.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, inviting reception area.
