Bannatyne is seeking a Front of House Assistant in Peterborough. This role offers 24 hours per week at £12.71 per hour. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, handling bookings, queries, and payments to ensure a seamless experience.

Ideal candidates will have a warm personality, strong organisational and communication skills, and a passion for health and wellness. Weekend availability and flexible hours are required to support our guests across spa and cafe services.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to handle emails, calls and face-to-face queries.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests warmly and manage reception area.
• Take and coordinate spa bookings and appointments.
• Prepare and serve beverages or snacks if site has a cafe bar.
• Process payments and handle guest inquiries.
• Promote spa services and retail products.
• Ensure reception is clean and inviting at all times.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff to ensure smooth service.
