Job summary

Bannatyne in Banbury is seeking a Front of House Assistant to join our wellness team on a 16 hours per week contract. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests and handling enquiries with warmth and professionalism.

You'll manage bookings, process payments, and support the café/bar, spa, and reception operations while maintaining a welcoming, tidy environment. A passion for health and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Interest in health, wellness or spa environments helpful.
• Comfort with multitasking and guest queries.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage reception.
• Handle emails, phone calls and face-to-face queries.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks efficiently.
• Manage spa bookings and appointments.
• Process payments and reception duties.
• Assist with promotion of spa services and products.
• Ensure reception area is clean, tidy and inviting.
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and staff for seamless service.
