Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all members and guests in a friendly manner.
• Handle all incoming calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
• Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the facility.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
