Job summary

Kauai is seeking a Team Member to join our vibrant social wellness cafe within Virgin Active. You will welcome members and guests, prepare fresh food and drinks to brand standards, and manage orders and payments via POS while maintaining high hygiene and safety across the venue.

As part of Virgin Active, you’ll work with Food & Beverage and gym teams to deliver a seamless member experience. Training colleagues and upholding brand standards are essential, with shifts including mornings, evenings,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or food service.
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
• Food Allergy and Intolerance Training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, positive and reliable attitude.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly and genuine service to members and guests.
• Prepare food and beverages to brand recipes and presentation standards.
• Process orders and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens and nutrition.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless member experience.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and cleanliness across all areas.
