Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Haydock is recruiting a Customer Supporter for Heyeswood retirement community. You will welcome visitors, assist with front-of-house duties, and help residents engage in activities reflecting their interests.

The role requires strong people skills, weekend flexibility, and a willingness to develop activities that promote independence. A supportive team environment and training are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
• Role may require weekend working, so a flexible approach is required.
• Experience in wellbeing/activities promoting independence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support.
