Job summary
Sanctuary Supported Living in Warrington is seeking a Customer Supporter to welcome residents, plan engaging activities, and help them connect with their community. The role is based at Ryfields Village, Arena Gardens, Warrington, and requires flexibility for weekend work.
You will support residents to live life on their terms, with a focus on person-centred care and community inclusion. NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is preferred.
Qualifications
- Front of house reception and customer-facing duties are essential.
- Ability to develop and lead engaging activities reflecting individuals' interests.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support.
- Create engaging individual and group activities reflecting personal interests.
- Promote and review activities to help customers achieve their goals.
- Support customers to connect with and feel part of their local community.
- Enable customers to continue to live life on their terms.
