Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Heyeswood, Haydock, St Helens is seeking a Customer Supporter to welcome residents, provide front of house reception, and help create engaging activities that reflect personal interests.

You will support residents to connect with their local community, promote wellbeing, and enable them to live life on their terms. Some weekend work may be required; NVQ2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it is required.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and customer care skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic ICT skills including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to undertake NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and provide front of house reception support.
• Create engaging individual and group activities reflecting personal interests.
• Promote and review activities to help residents achieve goals.
• Support residents to connect with and feel part of their local community.
