Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Leek, Staffordshire, invites applications for a part-time Customer Supporter to welcome residents, organise activities, and support community involvement at the Daisy Haye retirement community. The role focuses on compassionate, person-centred care with weekend flexibility and opportunities for training and progression.

You will work with a compassionate team, gain benefits like enhanced annual leave, pension and wellbeing support, and a values-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Ability to develop and lead activities that involve and inspire customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Confidence in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge.
  • This role may require weekend working so a flexible approach is required.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.

Your role

  • Welcome customers and provide front of house reception support
